Begin your journey in Kenya’s scenic landscapes, exploring the wildlife-rich Masai Mara before crossing into Tanzania’s breathtaking Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. Each destination offers unique encounters with nature, culture, and adventure. This carefully crafted Kenya and Tanzania Safari combines thrilling game drives, cultural immersion, and stunning scenery for a truly extraordinary travel experience.
Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met by a Divulge Adventures representative for a meet, greet, and safari briefing. Afterward, you will depart Nairobi for Lake Naivasha, which is approximately 2 hours away. There will be a stop to view the great rift valley scenery as you proceed to Lake Naivasha. Upon arrival, proceed for a boat safari at Lake Naivasha and a nature safari walk at the river banks of Lake Naivasha before exiting for Lake Nakuru National Park, approximately a 1-hour drive. Arriving at around lunchtime, have lunch. Afterwards, proceed for an evening game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park. The park comes alive with the sights and sounds of wildlife. Visitors can spot diverse animals, including rhinos, giraffes, lions, and flamingos. The park's stunning landscapes, ranging from lush forests to expansive grasslands and the picturesque lake itself, create a serene backdrop for an adventurous evening exploring Kenya's rich biodiversity. Afterwards, return to the camp for dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed to the Masai Mara National Reserve, approximately a 5-hour drive, arriving around lunch time. Check in at the camp for lunch, followed by afternoon relaxing moments. In the evening, visit a Masai Village; Immerse yourself in the rich culture of the Masai people by visiting a traditional village. Learn about their customs, traditions, and way of life, witness their intricate beadwork and warrior dances, and perhaps even purchase a handcrafted souvenir to support their community. Afterwards, return to the resort for dinner and overnight. No evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at Prideinn Mara Camp
After breakfast, you will have a full day at the Masai Mara National Reserve for game viewing during your stay. This allows you a chance to thoroughly explore this wonderful reserve while you're here. Stay on the lookout for the big cats with magical scenes when hunting, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, hippos, lion prides, thousands of impalas, topi, grants, and Thomson's gazelles, and different bird species could all be seen. If lucky, you will get to witness millions of wildebeests cross the famous Mara River from Serengeti National Park in Tanzania to Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya. During this moment, be ready for the epic scenery of the dangerous giant Mara River Nile crocodiles feeding on the wildebeests, and zebras as they cross the river of death (Mara River. In addition, an optional balloon safari over the Masai Mara, which offers you a magnificent aerial view of the park and allows you to view the wildlife and meandering Mara River from above. Later, return to the camp for dinner and overnight at Prideinn Mara Camp
After an early and steamy breakfast, you will check out and bid the Masai Mara goodbye with an en route game drive as you head to Isebania, cross-border into Tanzania, approximately a 4-hour drive. At 1000hrs, pick up at Isebania border and drive to Serengeti National Park, approximately a 3-hour drive, with an en-route game drive to central Serengeti. Dinner and overnight at Tamba Tented Camp.
You will have a full day of game drives at Serengeti National Park. Full-day game drive, a journey deep into the heart of this legendary park, where iconic wildlife roams free and nature's grandeur unfolds at every turn. Keep your eyes peeled for the open roof as you drive through diverse landscapes, searching for amazing wildlife. Elephants trumpeting, giraffes munching on leaves, and playful meerkats popping out of their burrows are just some of the sights that might await you. In the afternoon, you will stop for lunch at a picnic area, then continue your game drive until sunset, casting a warm glow over the plains. Afterwards, return to the camp for dinner and overnight at Tamba Tented Camp.
After breakfast at your camp, you will transfer to Ngorongoro, approximately a 4-hour drive. Arriving for lunch and then proceeding to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area game drive. The drive takes you to the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most iconic wildlife destinations on Earth. Prepare to be awestruck by the Crater, the world's largest intact volcanic caldera. This natural wonder is a haven for a diverse array of animals, including the Big Five: lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and rhinos. Keep your eyes peeled as you might also spot zebras, giraffes, and a plethora of other fascinating creatures roaming the crater floor. Your experienced guide will be there to share his knowledge and insights, making this a truly enriching experience. After an exhilarating day exploring the Ngorongoro Crater, you will be driven to Karatu for a delicious dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Coffee Lodge
After your morning breakfast, check out with packed lunches and drive towards Tarangire National Park, Tanzania's third largest national park and sanctuary for an unusually large elephant population. Majestic baobab trees are an interesting feature of the park, dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them. Animals concentrate along the Tarangire River, which provides the only permanent water supply in the area. There is a great diversity of wildlife, including lion, leopard, and cheetah, and up to six thousand elephants. Lunch boxes will be provided to you at the picnic point. After the game drive, drive to Arusha for dinner and overnight at Mount Meru Hotel
After breakfast at your hotel, you will check out and bid Arusha Town goodbye as you head to Amboseli National Park via Namanga, Kenya-Tanzania cross-border, approximately 4-5-hour drive. At around lunchtime, you will have lunch at Namanga boarder, followed by transfer to Amboseli National Park with an en route evening game drive at Amboseli National Park to your lodge. Dinner and overnight at the Amboseli Sopa Lodge
After breakfast, set out for a full-day game drive into the home of large herds of elephants and the Kilimanjaro royal court. The game drive takes you to Kenya's premium park, which is rich in wildlife, from up close free-ranging African Elephants to experiencing the epic view of the tallest mountain in Africa, Mt Kilimanjaro. You will also visit Observation Hill, where you can view the entire park in 360 degrees from the top. Lunch will be served as you proceed with the game drive and later return to the lodge for dinner, bonfire, and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge
After breakfast, check out and embark on a journey back to Nairobi, approximately a 4-hour drive, enjoying an en-route game drive through the park. Relish the opportunity to enjoy the view of Mt Kilimanjaro and soak in the scenic beauty one last time. This leisurely drive offers a final glimpse of the park’s wonders before concluding your unforgettable safari adventure. Drop off at your Nairobi hotel or at the airport for your next flight.
