Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park

Breakfast is served at your Nairobi hotel before heading for Lake Nakuru. Our safari representative will meet you for a quick pre-safari briefing. Afterward, depart Nairobi for Lake Naivasha for a boat ride and nature walk, with a brief stopover at the Rift Valley viewpoint. As you approach the Rift Valley from Nairobi, the earth abruptly disappears from beneath you, revealing the vast expanse of the big rift, reaching into the horizon in either direction. Later, proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving at the camp or lodge by lunchtime, followed by an afternoon siesta. In the evening, embark on an evening game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park in search of resident wildlife and a bird-watching excursion. This includes endangered black and white rhinos, leopards, buffaloes, lions, Rothschild giraffes, and many birdlife, including lesser and greater flamingoes. Later, head to the camp or lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Lake Nakuru National Park to Masai Mara National Reserve

In the early morning hours, you'll embark on a thrilling wildlife excursion focusing on bird watching. After this, you'll return to the camp for a hearty breakfast. During this time, our safari representative will briefly overview the day's planned activities. Following breakfast, you'll begin your journey to the Mara, with the opportunity to partake in additional wildlife viewing as you exit the park. This drive promises unique and remarkable sightings along the way. You'll reach the Masai Mara in time for lunch and have the chance to embark on an afternoon game drive. Later in the evening, head to the camp or lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Full Day at Masai Mara National Reserve

The entire day will be dedicated to exploring the wonders of the Masai Mara through scheduled game drives and various additional activities. Our safari representative will greet you for a brief pre-safari briefing. Following breakfast set out on a thrilling quest to spot the renowned Big Five and other indigenous wildlife species. Around mid-morning, savor a bush picnic breakfast along the Mara River, where you can appreciate the captivating sight of crocodiles and hippos in the water. Return to the camp for lunch and a well-deserved afternoon break. Later in the day, embark on another adventure to delve deeper into the Mara ecosystem. As the evening approaches, journey back to the camp, arriving in time for dinner and an overnight stay. Later in the evening, head to the camp or lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Masai Mara National Reserve to Serengeti National Park

Commence your day with an early morning breakfast at the camp, marking the start of your journey to the Serengeti. While leaving the park, take advantage of an additional game-viewing experience. Your route will lead you through the Isebania border town, where a brief stop will be made for necessary immigration procedures. Continue your journey towards the Serengeti, reaching the lodge just in time for a satisfying lunch and a well-deserved afternoon break. During the late afternoon, you can embark on a game drive or enjoy leisurely activities for the rest of the day. Later in the evening, head to the camp or lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Full Day at Serengeti National Park

During your time at Serengeti today, your focus will be on tracking the big cats and various other native wildlife species through unlimited game viewing opportunities. You have the option to choose a morning game drive, an evening game drive, or both, all preceded by a brief pre-safari briefing. The Serengeti ecosystem is renowned for its annual wildebeest migration. It serves as the habitat for majestic big cats and a diverse array of wildlife, including Thompson and Grant's gazelle, zebra, giraffe, Eland, Impala, Elephants, Buffaloes, and more. Later in the evening, head to the camp or lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Following your morning meal set off for the Ngorongoro crater, where you can relish additional wildlife viewing as you leave the park. Upon arrival, our safari guide will greet you and briefly overview the day's plans. The journey involves a picturesque descent into the crater's floor. We'll pause for a brief mid-morning snack before embarking on a quest to spot the indigenous wildlife. In the evening, take advantage of the awe-inspiring Ngorongoro sunset from the crater rim. Later in the evening, head to the camp or lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater to Tarangire National Park

Begin your day with an early breakfast as you prepare to leave for Tarangire National Park. Enjoy some additional wildlife viewing as you exit Ngorongoro. Before your morning drive, take advantage of the stunning Ngorongoro sunrise from the crater rim. You'll receive a briefing on the day's safari activities beforehand. Afterward, make your way to Tarangire National Park, arriving in time for lunch and some relaxation during the afternoon. In the early evening, embark on a safari adventure within the park to spot its resident wildlife. Later in the evening, head to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Tarangire National Park to Amboseli National Park

Commence your day with an early breakfast, then enjoy a brief morning drive before setting off for Amboseli. You will traverse Arusha for a lunch break from Tarangire National Park as you head to Amboseli National Park. Afterward, continue your journey toward the Kenya-Tanzania border at Namanga, where you can appreciate the scenic views during the drive. There will be a brief stopover at the border for immigration procedures. Afterward, continue to Amboseli National Park, arriving in time for an afternoon game drive as you make your way to your lodge. Later, check-in at the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 9: Full Day at Amboseli National Park

You'll have an entire day to explore Amboseli, where you can observe the gentle giants of Amboseli National Park, the large herds of elephants, and various other native wildlife species through extensive game viewing. Amboseli is renowned for its exceptional wildlife sightings, including large herds of elephants, wildebeests, buffalo, gazelles, lions, cheetahs, and more. The backdrop of the snow-capped Kilimanjaro adds a captivating dimension to your park experience, making your stay truly exhilarating. Later, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 10: Amboseli National Park to Nairobi

Begin your day with an optional morning wildlife expedition before returning to the camp for a hearty and steamy breakfast. Following your meal, commence your journey back to Nairobi, enjoying additional wildlife viewing as you leave the park. Traverse the picturesque landscapes, reaching Nairobi in the afternoon. At this point, you will be transferred to the airport or dropped at your hotel, marking the conclusion of your safari adventure.
