Itinerary

DAY 1: ARRIVAL DAY

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, met by our representative, then drive to Arusha, where our safari expert will meet you and give you a safari briefing, followed by relaxing after a long flight, then dinner and overnight at Tulia Hotel and Spa, www.tuliahotelandspa.com/

DAY 2: ARUSHA to TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park with a picnic lunch for a day of game drive. This park is located 120km southwest of Arusha. In this astonishing park, expect substantial herds of Elephants gather alongside the Tarangire River and many other species of animals, e.g., Wildebeest, Lions, Buffaloes, Zebras, and prolific birds. DAY 3: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK to NGORONGORO CRATER to SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, you will descend into the crater for a beautiful crater tour with a picnic lunch inside the Ngorongoro Crater, often described as one of the world’s wonders and a designated UNESCO World Heritage. It is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and a natural sanctuary for some of Africa’s densest animal populations. It is one of the few places where the rare black rhinos can be observed in their natural setting. As very few animals migrate in and out of the crater with its 2000 ft. high walls, you can expect to see lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds, and other species. DAY 4: FULL-DAY GAME DRIVE at SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, you will have a full-day game drive in the park, where you expect to see lots of animals. Serengeti’s Name comes from the Maasai Language, meaning endless plain. Therefore, it is home to many animals, including lions, elephants, giraffes, wildebeest, zebra, leopards, Cheetah, warthogs, hyenas, and a lot of bird life. In many cases, migration is taking place around Serengeti. Millions of wildebeest and zebra mingle then, followed by predators. DAY 5; SERENGETI to ZANZIBAR BEACH

After breakfast, set off for an early morning game drive in the Serengeti National Park and then drop off to Seronera Airstrip for Zanzibar. Upon arrival at Zanzibar airport, you will meet our guide at the airport and get briefings on Zanzibar with all activities explained and transfer to the resort for dinner and overnight at Amaan Beach Bungalow, https://www.hoteloceangroup.com/room-details.html.

DAY 6 & 7: FULL DAYS RELAXING AT THE BEACH

Enjoy a chill day at the beach. You are entitled to having individual space and beach relaxation at Amani Beach Bungalow Resort. This is your space and free time at the beach hotel, where you can plan any activity. There are different activities to engage in, such as massage, surfing, standup paddle boarding, or other beach activities like water sports that you can enjoy. DAY 8; SPICE FARM & JOZANI FOREST TRIP

Today, you go on an excursion to the spice and fruit plantations close to Stone Town for the famous Spice Tour. We have developed a unique Spice Tour with in-depth information about spices, organically grown herbs, and a detailed description of their traditional uses in medicine, cosmetics, and cooking. After the tour, we invite you for an opulent lunch at our guides’ home, where you can taste the spices and fruits. After experiencing the spice tour, you will return to the hotel for your hot lunch at Amani Bungalow Resort. On the way, you will pass Jozani Forest, the last habitat of the rare endemic Red Colobus Monkey. You can stroll through Jozani Chwaka National Park with a local guide and see the rare monkeys. DAY 9: DEPARTURE

Transfer to the airport after breakfast. A leisurely morning and prepare yourself to drive about one hour to the Zanzibar airport. Our driver will be there on time to pick you up and drop you off at Zanzibar Airport for your outbound flight after a blissful safari.
