Itinerary
14 Days Kenya Classic Safari and Beach Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi to Olpejeta Conservancy Nanyuki
After a morning pick-up from the airport, you will head to Olpejeta Conservancy, situated on the equator west of Nanyuki, between the foothills of the Aberdares and Mount Kenya. Olpejeta Conservancy is 209 km from Nairobi, approximately 5 hrs. drive. You will check in at the camp/lodge for lunch, followed by an afternoon siesta. Later in the evening, set out for the evening game drive before returning to the camp for dinner and overnight. While on the game drive, stay on the lookout for white and black rhinos, the big five, among other wildlife. Additionally, visit the chimpanzee sanctuary and say hi to Blind Baraka (Rhino), among others.

Day 2: Olpejeta
Conservancy to Lake Nakuru National Park.
After
breakfast, set out for a morning game drive enroute to Lake Nakuru National
Park, 153 Kilometers, approximately 4 hrs. drive.
Check-in for lunch, followed by an afternoon siesta. Afterwards, proceed for an
evening game drive before returning to the camp or lodge for dinner and
overnight.
The
evening game drive welcomes you to one of Kenya's premium parks, referred to as
bird paradise due to its large number of birds and flamingoes. Lake Nakuru is
also home to black and white rhinos and the endangered Rothschild Giraffe.

Day 3: Lake Nakuru National
Park to Masai Mara National Reserve
Start
your morning with a fulfilling breakfast as you plan your journey from Lake
Nakuru National Park to Masai Mara National Reserve. Embark on the morning game
drive enroute to Masai Mara National Reserve, 265 Kilometers, approximately 5 hrs. drive.
Check-in at the camp or lodge by lunchtime. Later in the evening, set out for
the evening game drive. Stay on the lookout for the big cats hunting the
millions of wildebeests and other wild animals that inhabit Masai Mara due to
the Great Wildebeests Migration. Late return to the camp for dinner, bonfire
and overnight.

Day 4 & 5: Full Day
Masai Mara Experience.
An
early breakfast will be served. Later set out for a full-day excursion at the
vast plains of Masai Mara with packed lunch, only to return to the camp later
in the evening. The full-day game drive takes us to the unending views of the
mara plains, witnessing the great wildebeest’s migration. The great wildebeest
migration is one of the world's eight wonders taking place annually from July
to September. The Great Migrations comprises millions of wildebeests, zebras,
impala, giraffes, and other wild animals migrating from Serengeti National Park
in Tanzania to Masai Mara National Reserve in search of greener pastures. The
migration takes the wildlife to cross one of the famous rivers, the Mara River,
also known as the river of death. This results from many wild animals killed by
the giant Mara River crocodiles when crossing the river. The crossing is an epic
moment for photographers, videographers and many world tourists who flock to
Masai Mara to witness the event.

Day 6: Masai Mara National Reserve to Amboseli National Park
Start
your morning with a fulfilling breakfast as you prepare for a long stretch from
Masai Mara National Reserve to Amboseli National Park. Check out and proceed
for an enroute game drive to Amboseli National Park. Enroute stopovers include
Narok town, Rift Valley View Point, and Lunch break stopover at Nairobi Town or
slightly past Nairobi Town, 255 Kilometers, approximately 5 hrs. drive.
Afterwards, proceed to Amboseli National Park, 238
Kilometers,
approximately 4 hrs. drive.
Check-in at the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Full-Day Amboseli National Park Excursion
After
breakfast, set out for a full-day game drive into the home of large herds of
elephants and the Kilimanjaro royal court. The game drive takes you to Kenya's
premium park, which is rich in wildlife, from up close free-ranging African
Elephants to experiencing the epic view of the tallest mountain in Africa, Mt
Kilimanjaro. You will also visit Observation hill, where you can view the
entire park in 360 degrees from the top. Lunch will be served as you proceed
with the game drive and later return to the camp for dinner, bonfire and
overnight.

Day 8: Amboseli National Park to Tsavo West National Park
Start
your morning with a fulfilling breakfast and depart Amboseli National Park to
Tsavo West National Park with enroute game drive. Arriving at the camp by
lunchtime and check-in, 110 kilometers, approximately 3 hrs. drive.
Welcome to the home of Man-Eaters of Tsavo, the two giant lions which
terrorized the railway builders between March and December 1889 and are said to
have killed more than 130 people. In the park, you will also get a chance to see
the Shetani lava flow, the majestic Mzima Springs and the red elephants. Dinner
and overnight at the camp/lodge.

Day 9: Tsavo West National Park to Diani Beach
Kick
off the day with a nice breakfast at the hotel and depart for a morning game
drive at Tsavo West National Park. Later Exit Tsavo West National Park for
Diani, arriving late in the afternoon for drop off, 298 kilometers, approximately 6 hrs. drive.
Afterwards, relax by the seaside as you experience the breathtaking breeze of
the beach. The hotel will offer a whole new experience of culture and history
at its best. Dinner and overnight at the resort.

Day 10, 11, 12, and 13: Full Days at the White Sandy Beaches of
Diani
After
long drives of wildlife safaris and experiences, you will utilize these moments
as you relax by the seaside of the Indian Ocean and enjoy the cool breeze.
Explore the Kenyan Coastal Beaches and the picturesque views before taking a
sip and diving into the sea for a swim. Feel free to explore the Kenyan Coastal
meals such as Swahili dishes and sea foods.
