Kenya is the birthplace of modern safari and remains one of Africa's top safari destinations. Kenya's natural legacy includes more than just the "Big Five" animals; it also includes the verdant grasslands traversed by a million wildebeest, the icy peaks of the Rift Valley's mountain range, and the thriving coral reefs of the coast.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Nairobi

You will be picked up and the airport and transferred to your hotel for either lunch & dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Nairobi – Ol Pejeta

Depart Nairobi in the morning and head to Ol-Pejeta Conservancy, approximately 4 hrs drive, arriving at lunchtime for check-in and afternoon game drive.  Here you will have a chance to meet the two remaining northern white rhinos, Fatu and Najin, and meet Baraka, the blind rhino and the only chimps in Kenya.

Day 3: Ol-Pejeta - Lake Naivasha

You will have a morning game drive before coming back for breakfast. Later in the day, depart Ol-Pejeta Conservancy to Lake Naivasha, approximately 6 hrs drive. Arriving at Naivasha in the evening.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

Day 4: Full day at Naivasha

You will have a full day at Lake Naivasha. Here you will have activities like a boat ride, a visit to the crescent island whereby one is allowed to trek for game viewing, a visit to Hell’s Gate Gorges, including Devil’s Bedroom, and swimming at Olkaria geothermal hot spa.

Day 5: Lake Naivasha – Masai Mara

You will have the morning breakfast and depart Lake Naivasha for Masai mara National reserve. You will arrive at Masai Mara around lunch time a 4 hrs drive. You will have your lunch followed by the afternoon siesta. Later have the evening game drive before returning back for dinner and overnight.

Day 6 and 7: Masai Mara

You will have 2 full days at Masai Mara. Day 6 it will be a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch, that is, lunch served in the bush at the vast plains of Masai Mara. On day 7, you will have a morning game drive looking for the animals you didn’t spot the previous day and later return to the camp or hotel for lunch. Afternoon siesta followed by a visit to Masai Village. In the village, you get to dance with the Masai warriors and learn about their culture.

Day 8: Masai Mara - Nairobi

You will leave Masai Mara in the morning and head to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon for lunch, approximately 6 hrs drive. You will spend the evening in Nairobi, and a visit to African food outlets will be planned so as to experience the African meals.

Day 9: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park

After the morning breakfast, you will leave Nairobi for Amboseli National Park, approximately 5 hrs drive. You will arrive at Amboseli in the afternoon for Check-in, lunch, and afternoon siesta. A late evening game drive will follow, be ready to meet the big elephants of Amboseli up-close as well as the magnificent view of Mt. Kilimanjaro, then dinner and overnight.

Day 10: Amboseli National Park – Tsavo East National Park.

Early breakfast followed by a morning game drive at Amboseli. Later depart Amboseli for Tsavo East National Park, approximately 6 hrs drive. Arriving in the afternoon for lunch and afternoon siesta. You will not have the evening game drive as you will be accommodated in a facility whereby wildlife gathers around in the evening; hence you will enjoy the views from the comfort of your hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 11: Tsavo East National Park – Malindi

After breakfast, you will check out and enjoy the morning game drive as you head south towards Malindi. You will be dropped at Malindi in the evening.

Day 12 and 13: Malindi

You will spend days 12 and 13 in Malindi, and get to explore the Kenyan Coastal region.

Day 14: Malindi – Nairobi Flight

After the morning breakfast, you will be transferred to Malindi Airport for a flight transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Whereby you will bid our beautiful Kenya goodbye.
