Charges for the Climb per

Notes
- For Partners & Fellow Tour operators we do have a special rate which is reached upon agreement between us, Divulge Adventures & Partners/Tour Operators
- Upon request, clients can be transferred to
Nanyuki to spend the night in Nanyuki instead of traveling the same day they start
the hike
- Accommodation costs to be covered by the
clients if they prefer to spend the night in Nanyuki
- It’s possible to climb up via the Sirimon
route and descend to the Chogoria route
- It’s possible to organize a Safari Game
Drive at Olpejeta Conservancy if the clients are exiting Nanyuki Town

Itinerary
DAY 1: NAIROBI -SIRIMON GATE - OLD MOSES CAMP
Pick up in Nairobi early morning and head off to Nanyuki town. Breakfast in Nanyuki Ibis Hotel, Shopping at Nanyuki town, Transfer/proceed to Sirimon Gate which will be the Starting point. The hike to Old Moses from Sirimon Gate takes between 2 -4 hours, this trek is essential for acclimatization. This route is very fascinating as you hike through the four mountain vegetation belts - the Tropical Rain Forest, Bamboo Jungle, Rose Wood, and Heather Zones. These are also the areas where you are most likely to see animals and more importantly, the rarest species only found in Mount Kenya such as Mt Kenya Chameleon

· 9 Km Trek from Sirimon Gate to Old Moses
· 650 M ASL Altitude Gain from Sirimon Gate to Old Moses
· Lunch to be served at Sirimon Gate
· Dinner and overnight at Old Moses Camp

DAY 2: OLD MOSES CAMP TO SHIPTONS CAMP
Breakfast at Old Moses Camp, the hike starts at 0830hrs through the beautiful and unique Alpine Moorland Zone. Trekking time is 5-7 hours depending on individual fitness and stopping halfway for a picnic lunch. Arrive at Shiptons Camp (4200m), in the late afternoon.
Highlights of Day 2 Trek
· 16.1 Km Trek from Old Moses Camp Gate to Shiptons Camp
· 900 M ASL Altitude Gain from Old Moses Camp Gate to Shiptons Camp
· Lunch to be served on the way
· Dinner and stay overnight at Shiptons Camp just below the majestic peaks Batian, Nelion and Lenana

DAY 3: SHIPTONS CAMP - POINT LENANA-OLD MOSES CAMP
Early Breakfast from 2:00 Am. A pre-dawn start is essential when attempting Point Lenana (4985M). upon reaching the summit enjoy the magical views while taking some pictures to record the memories. Afterward, descend back to Shipton for Breakfast then proceed to Old Moses Camp, lunch to be served on the way
Highlights of Day 3 Trek
· 23.1 Km Trek from Shiptons Camp to Point Lenana and descend to Simba tarn
· 785 M ASL Altitude Gain from Old Moses Camp Gate to Shiptons Camp
· Lunch to be served on the way
· Dinner and stay overnight at Old Moses Camp
