Serengeti National Park is one of Africa's most famous safari destinations. The park is home to diverse wildlife, including lions, elephants, zebras, and wildebeest. 

The Great Wildebeest Migration, however, is what truly distinguishes the Serengeti. Millions of wildebeest and zebras yearly trek across the park for food and water. This annual migration is one of the most amazing natural events on the planet, and it's a sight you'll never forget.

Aside from the Great Migration, Serengeti National Park has some of the most magnificent scenery in Africa. The park's broad grasslands predominate, but it also contains mountainous woodlands, riverine forests, and kopjes (granite outcrops).
