Day Safari to Lake Manyara National Park, Tanzania

Lake Manyara National Park is an incredible wildlife sanctuary nestled at the base of Tanzania's spectacular Rift Valley escarpment. Its groundwater provides a refreshing and unique forest change in scenery compared to other parks, where the savannah dominates. Visitors typically come here with higher expectations of spotting lions which are said to climb at take a rest on trees! While these majestic cats can be tricky to spot, elephants roam freely throughout the park. The number of elephants at the park makes it an exciting opportunity for wildlife viewing at Lake Manyara National Park.

Day Safari to Lake Manyara National Park, Itinerary

0700 hrs: Pick up from your hotel in Arusha and depart for Lake Manyara National Park.

0900 hrs: Arrival and Check in at Lake Manyara National Park.

0930 hrs - 1600 hrs: Game drive at Lake Manyara National Park.

1630 hrs: Check out at Nyerere National Park and head back to Arusha Town

1900 hrs: Drop off at your Arusha Town respective hotel or airport. End of Safari.
