3-Day Namib Desert and Sossusvlei Experience

Upon arrival you will be met by a representative from Divulge adventures then you will Depart from Windhoek and travel south-west into the heart of the Namib Desert, ready to begi your namib desert and Sossusvlei experience one of the oldest and most spectacular deserts on Earth.

The journey itself is a scenic introduction to Namibia’s vast open spaces, changing landscapes, and striking desert colours. Arrive at Hammerstein Lodge or similar, where you will check in and enjoy time to relax and settle into your desert surroundings.

The lodge offers beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere ideal for unwinding after the drive. Optional Activity (Afternoon): Guests may choose to enjoy an optional afternoon safari at We Kebi Safari Lodge, a guided nature drive through private desert terrain.

You will begin yur day with an early start you safari will start from you being taken by your repreentative into Namib-Naukluft National Park, home to some of the highest sand dunes in the world.

As the morning light paints the dunes in shades of orange and red, explore the iconic landscapes of Sossusvlei and Deadvlei.

Walk across the surreal white clay pan of Deadvlei, dotted with ancient camelthorn trees, and climb one of the famous dunes such as Dune 45 or Big Daddy for breathtaking panoramic views.

This is a photographer’s dream and one of Namibia’s absolute highlights. Enjoy time at leisure for walking, photography, and soaking in the silence of the desert before returning to your lodge in the afternoon.

Spend the evening relaxing, enjoying dinner, and watching the desert sky come alive with stars. Overnight at your lodge.

Wake up to a final desert morning and enjoy breakfast surrounded by tranquil landscapes and fresh desert air.

Depending on your departure time, you may enjoy a short nature walk around the lodge or simply relax and reflect on your experience.
