Tanzania Safari and Zanzibar

The classic combination: the Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire, followed by Zanzibar’s beaches, spice farms and historic Stone Town. Short flights connect the parks and the island.

Kenya Safari and Diani Beach

Best Time for a Safari and Beach Holiday

June to October: dry weather for game viewing and sunny beach days.
December to February: hot, dry beach weather and calving season in the southern Serengeti.
April and May: the long rains, when some beach hotels close or have fewer services. Good value, but check before booking.

Should I do the safari or the beach first?

Most guests do the safari first and finish on the beach to relax before flying home. Safari days start early and are active, so the beach is a perfect way to end.

How many days do I need?

Eight to eleven days is ideal: four to six days on safari and three to five days at the beach.

Is a safari and beach holiday good for families and honeymooners?
