Day 01 :

Kigali City Tour - Musanze

You will be picked up from your Kigali hotel or the airport by your Divulge Adventures driver guide for your golden monkey and Bisoke hike tour briefing. Begin with a Kigali city tour, including a moving visit to the Kigali Genocide Memorial, which tells the story of the 1994 genocide and Rwanda's journey of reconciliation.

Continue through the city's clean, hilly streets and markets before driving north to Musanze, approximately 2.5 hours, through stunning terraced landscapes. Day 02 :

Mount Bisoke Hike

After an early breakfast, drive to the Kinigi park headquarters for the 7:00 AM briefing, then continue to the trailhead. Your guided Mount Bisoke hike climbs through bamboo and then Hagenia and Hypericum forest draped in moss, with chances to spot birds and signs of forest elephants and buffaloes.

After about 4 hours, reach the summit and its beautiful crater lake, where you will enjoy a picnic lunch and, on clear days, views across the Virunga range inside Volcanoes National Park. Day 03 :

Golden Monkey Trekking - Kigali

After an early breakfast, return to the park headquarters for your golden monkey trek. Hike into the bamboo zone with your ranger guide and spend one hour with these bright-orange monkeys as they feed and leap through the stems.
