Day by Day
Upon arrival at Maun Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide from Divulge Adventures and receive a short briefing for your Moremi and Northern Exploration before departing for the renowned Xakanaxa area in the heart of Moremi Game Reserve. The journey to camp offers your first glimpse of Botswana's spectacular wilderness, with opportunities to spot wildlife along the way.
Upon arrival, you will settle into your campsite, which will be your home for the next three nights. After some time to relax and enjoy lunch, you will set out on an afternoon game drive to explore the breathtaking landscapes and abundant wildlife of Moremi Game Reserve.
Moremi is one of Africa's most celebrated wildlife destinations, known for its diverse habitats that include floodplains, lagoons, forests, and grasslands. During your game drive, keep an eye out for elephants, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and predators such as lions, leopards, and hyenas.
As the day draws to a close, you will stop at a scenic location to enjoy sundowner drinks while watching the African sunset paint the sky in spectacular colors. This is the perfect opportunity to relax, take photographs, and appreciate the beauty and tranquility of the wilderness.
After sunset, return to camp for dinner and an evening around the campfire before retiring for the night under the star-filled Botswana sky.

These days are dedicated to exploring the reserve's diverse habitats, which include floodplains, lagoons, woodlands, and grasslands, creating ideal conditions for exceptional game viewing.
Each day begins with an early morning game drive when wildlife is most active. Look out for elephants, buffalo, lions, leopards, cheetahs, wild dogs, giraffes, and numerous antelope species as you traverse the reserve's scenic landscapes.
Return to camp for lunch and some relaxation during the hottest part of the day.
In the late afternoon, embark on another game drive to maximize your wildlife viewing opportunities as animals become active once again. For those seeking a different perspective of the delta, an optional boat excursion along the scenic Moanachira Channel can be arranged.
This tranquil water safari offers excellent opportunities to observe hippos, crocodiles, aquatic birds, and the breathtaking beauty of the mighty Okavango Delta.
As the sun sets over the African wilderness, return to camp for dinner and an evening around the campfire, sharing stories of the day's sightings and enjoying the unforgettable atmosphere of the Botswana bush.
After breakfast, we bid farewell to Moremi Game Reserve and make our way to the wildlife-rich Khwai Concession, a community-managed area bordering the famous Moremi ecosystem. The drive offers excellent game-viewing opportunities as we traverse diverse habitats, including floodplains, woodlands, and open grasslands.
You will spend the next two nights camping in this spectacular wilderness area, renowned for its exceptional wildlife concentrations and predator sightings.

We rise early each morning and, after a healthy breakfast, set out on extensive game drives in search of the area's abundant wildlife. Khwai is home to large herds of elephants, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, and numerous antelope species.
Predators such as lions, leopards, wild dogs, and hyenas are frequently spotted, making every game drive a unique and exciting experience. We aim to return to camp around midday for lunch and relaxation, although exceptional wildlife sightings may keep us out a little longer.
During the afternoons, you will enjoy a traditional mokoro (dugout canoe) excursion through the tranquil waterways of the Okavango Delta. Guided by experienced local polers, you will glide silently through crystal-clear channels lined with papyrus reeds, offering a completely different perspective of this remarkable ecosystem. Keep an eye out for colorful birdlife, frogs, aquatic plants, and wildlife coming to the water's edge to drink.

The drive itself presents opportunities to spot wildlife along the way as we traverse diverse landscapes characteristic of Botswana's wilderness.
Upon arrival at Kaziikini, you will have time to settle into camp and enjoy lunch before setting out on an exciting afternoon game drive. This area is known for its scenic landscapes, rich birdlife, and a variety of wildlife species that roam freely across the region. Your guide will help you track animals while sharing fascinating insights about the ecosystem and local conservation efforts.
As the sun begins to set, enjoy the breathtaking African sunset before returning to camp for dinner and relaxation around the campfire. If weather conditions permit and the skies are clear, the evening will conclude with a memorable stargazing experience. Far from city lights, Kaziikini offers spectacular views of the night sky, where countless stars, constellations, and the Milky Way can be admired in all their glory.
After an early breakfast, you will embark on a final morning game drive in the Kaziikini area, providing one last opportunity to experience Botswana's incredible wildlife and breathtaking landscapes. The cooler morning hours are often the best time to spot animals as they begin their daily activities, making this a memorable conclusion to your safari adventure.
Following the game drive, return to camp for a refreshing break before beginning your journey back to Maun. As you travel through Botswana's scenic countryside, take time to reflect on the unforgettable experiences and wildlife encounters enjoyed throughout your safari.
Upon arrival in Maun, your guide will transfer you either to your accommodation for the continuation of your stay or directly to the airport for your onward flight. This marks the end of Moremi and Northern Exploration an incredible journey through some of Botswana's most renowned wilderness areas, leaving you with lasting memories of the Okavango Delta, Moremi Game Reserve, Khwai Concession, and Kaziikini.
